Here’s how it works…
A phone call to Emma’s Antique Repair & Restoration Services is all that is needed to schedule a service appointment. A one-time nominal Service Fee of $25 to $45 is collected at the time of the service appointment.
Your job order request will be written up and in most cases, your items will be picked up on the initial appointment. A craftsman will be selected to provide a complete estimate.
Repair and restoration estimates usually take about three business days to complete. We will then contact you for approval.
If the total cost of the job is $150 or more, the Service Fee is deducted from the final billing. Approved jobs begin right away. We will call you to arrange for delivery upon completion of the job. All approved jobs require a down payment of one half of the total amount of the job quote. We take cash, personal checks or business checks. Sorry no credit cards. In most cases we quote all jobs to take between 6 and 8 weeks to complete. However, many of our craftsmen complete jobs ahead of schedule!
If you do not wish to have Emma’s complete your repair or restoration work, the Service Fee that was initially collected covers the return of your items to you. We stand behind our craftsmen and their work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a job, we will make it right!
